Refund Policy

Thank you so much for your purchase and helping tails wagging and purrs going strong.  You are meowsome!  We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us.

We have a 30-day customer catisfied return policy.  Which means, if you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from us for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund.  

To start a return, you can contact us at 925-788-1365 or  info@susanroxby.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label will be sent to you via email.

Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Rox Rescue Beauty.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please be aware that it's normal for boxes to have some dents around the outside - this is not considered damage.

If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), please reach out to us at 925-788-1365 or info@susanroxby.com with necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation. We’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation.

Item doesn't arrive
If an item does not arrive, please contact us immediately at 925-788-1365 or info@susanroxby.com so we can investigate the situation and file a claim with the carrier if need be for your lost package. 

Refusal of delivery
Refusal of delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment minus any restocking fee within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear once we  have processed the return. Please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders will not be refunded,
